Thrive yoga studio had graciously donated its services to our non-profit Stress Reduction Association. We truly value and appreciated every class as it melted away stress and helped us move through our challenging jobs. The classes were specifically tailored to alleviating stress from a mind-body approach. The yoga poses integrated into the sequences showed to have lasting therapeutic effects throughout the week. The breathwork worked like magic to calm and relax every system in the body. Each class had sharing circles for feedback and education on the science of yoga and breathwork. In stressful times it’s reassuring to know that there are methods and a space to practice these techniques in. I am looking forward to joining Izabela in her studio when things open up again. She offers a beautiful space open to a sense of community, with her welcoming presence and supportive way.
